Each month/quarter you are provided with a management reporting package that includes internal financial statements, aged accounts receivable and payable summaries, bank and credit card reconciliations and more. This management reporting package can be customized to your needs. It is an essential tool that will help you manage your business effectively and efficiently. I've got to be honest, if all you are looking for is to visit me at tax time each year, then I'm not the right bookkeeper for you. I work best with small home based businesses who do their own invoicing and bill payments. My role is to enter transactions after they have occurred ... to provide you with internal financial statements and government compliance reports. This leaves you in total control of your business finances. My practice will assist you in maintaining accurate and timely record keeping throughout the year that meets all compliance reporting requirements utilizing QuickBooks Pro software. If you are behind, I'm happy to bring your books up-to-date provided you want to have an ongoing relationship. I'm the right bookkeeper for you if you want someone who will take the time to get to know you and your business.

Googling information about Supplies or Tools over under $500.00 was the most useful Google search I've ever done because of discovering your site. Way to go and THANKS VERY MUCH. PS....
