Memorized Transactions

I cannot balance my memorized transaction because "ghost amounts" keep appearing from before and I cannot clear them. I have even deleted the memorized transaction and recreated it but to no avail. Help!

Hey, not sure what to say.

Usually a memorized transaction is used to enter a recurring transaction such as preauthorized payments. They should work just like any other transaction. Once you use "control + T" to bring up your list, a double click opens it up. Note, the memorized transaction will post automatically if it was set for automatic posting.

Once the transaction is open, you should be able to modify it any way you want ... then save the changes / record the transaction.

Could you do a screen shot and send it along through my "contact me" form? Maybe that would give me a better idea what your problem might be.
