Can I work on QuickBooks Pro 2007 for QuickBooks 2009 files? Thanks a lot.  Hi Maria, I'm not exactly sure what you are asking. The 2007 versions of QuickBooks are no longer supported by Intuit and does not run in Window 7 (I think). There is a sunset clause. Right now, Intuit supports 2009, 2010 and 2011 versions ... basically the current version and the two previous versions. If you are asking can you convert a 2007 version to a 2009 version ... then the answer is yes. However once the file is converted, you cannot convert it back to a 2007 version. A More Than FANTASTIC site! So often I've thought about putting something together like your site, but didn't have the time. Googling information about Supplies or Tools over under $500.00 was the most useful Google search I've ever done because of discovering your site. Way to go and THANKS VERY MUCH. PS.... Also loved it that you put the Tax chart for GST HST back to 1997; I spent hours trying to get this information from the CRA website. My biggest problem in doing my books is keeping debits & credits straight in liability and equity accounts. I really liked the cheat sheet. (I think that will help me keep the debits and credits straight.)
