Items Multiple Unit of Measure

How do or can I assign an item to have 2 units of measure? ex. Flooring at 21 sq.ft per box.

If I needed 1000 sq.ft type in 1000 sq.ft under "qty", can it show how many boxes are needed? (47.619047) so I can enter 48 boxes to give me 1008 sq.ft?

Or vice versa, I put in 48 boxes for it to show as 1008 sq.ft. Sq.ft is how the products are charged.

Quickbooks Premier has the ability to buy and sell in different units. If you are using QuickBooks Pro, it does not have this feature.

I have included snap shots of how QuickBooks Premier handles multiple units of measure which allows you to order by the box and sell by the square foot.
