Who Needs To Register For PST?

Good day,

I am having a bit of trouble with two businesses a landscaping business and tow truck business. I am getting conflicting stories of whether or not they should register for PST. I have an email to the PST people, so far no answer.

Would anyone know for certain? Thanks in advance.

PST Bulletin 2012-001 covers who needs to register.

I attended a live session by the PST Specialists a few weeks back. My notes from their talk are found in PST Basics. In that chat, take a look at what I wrote about small sellers. If they meet the criteria, then they don't have to register.
